ZACH DEERING / X23

The West Wicklow, Ireland bred, Zach Deering / X23 has proven to be a consistent unique producer time and time again. After starting producing music during his school years on the ever so simple DAW, LMMS, creating his first released track in Fruity Loops and eventually establishing himself in Ableton Live, his X23 tracks have been inspired by the dark music of Burial ,the all-time great and Aphex twin and other various heavy hitters in the techno scene such as Nico Moreno, Paula Temple and Tim Tama . He combines sounds from techno, hardcore and industrial music to produce the unique sound of Industrial dance music. On the other side of the music genre, his Zach Deering tracks have been heavily inspired by the likes of Steve Lacy, Tom Misch and also friends and family.
Kick-starting his production career at the young age of 17, Zach progressed to formally study the art of music production and the technology surrounding sound at the Technical University Shannon, Ireland.
